Policies Summary – Exit 5 Resort & Condominium

Check-in / Check-out: 3 PM – 10 AM (Early/Late requests subject to availability, fees may apply)
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21+ to check in
Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children under 14 per room; extra guest $35/night
Pets: Not allowed
Smoking: 100% smoke-free; $350 cleaning fee for violations
Pool: Guests only, 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM; children under 14 must be supervised; swim diapers required for children under 5
Housekeeping: Daily during peak season; every 3 days off-season
Visitors: Must register at front desk; visiting hours end at 10 PM
Payments: Major credit cards or cash only; one-night deposit required
Cancellations / Early Departure: Cancel 21+ days prior for full refund (less $25 fee); same-day cancellations or no-shows: full stay charged
General Conduct: Zero-tolerance for disorderly behavior or property damage
